This Sunday, November 6, we will continue with our topic of recent weeks - how to work with our mind to move toward greater positivity and equanimity. This week and next, Dh. Candradasa, will lead us in looking at “Knowing Where You’re Going And Steering A Clear Path.” Here’s what Candradasa has to say:
“The Buddha’s Dharma is designed to help you map your own path by learning how your mind works. As we journey along together as a community, we’ll take a look this week at what can confuse things for us - and what helps us figure out the best way to travel on.”
This is our regular community gathering: Sunday 10AM - 12PM. It includes a period of meditation, followed by a brief presentation and conversation. All are welcome. Offered by donation, $10-5 suggested.
Portsmouth Buddhist Center operates entirely on the basis of generosity. You can sign up here to support us with a donation or pledge. And check out our upcoming programs here.
