One course finishes and another starts to come into being…

The next and third Young Women’s Dharma Life course at Adhisthana for eight women (four from the UK and four from overseas), will run from February to July 2016. This Dharma study and training course is primarily aimed at younger women who are either mitras or mitras training for ordination.

It will include Dharma study and some skills training, and the group will also participate in the life of the Adhisthana community - meditating, working and practising together. The cost will be in the region of GBP 3000, but please don’t think of cost as a barrierto applying - there are a range of options available to ensure that anyone who would benefit from this Course will be able to come.

While we are looking for younger women with a high standard of spoken and written English, commitment to practice, inspiration and enthusiasm are primary factors in deciding who will attend.

You can apply by sending an email by 20 September 2015, outlining your personal and Dharma/Buddhist history including study you have undertaken, why a course such as this would be of benefit to you and the broader Sangha and what you would like to get from it. You should also include contact details for at least one member of the Triratna Buddhist Order that you are in regular contact with, and who can act as a referee.

Expressions of interest or requests for further information should be sent to Saddhanandi - saddhanandi [at] adhisthana.org
