Sunday 26th April, Bristol Buddhist Centre 9.30am—4.30pm
A practice day for anyone familiar with Triratna practices, to introduce Triratna’s Sustainable Buddhist Centre project and as a warm-up for Buddhist Action Month in June.
We’ll explore:
- what sustainability means to us, our sangha and the world
- our responses to phenomena such as climate change, the extinction crisis, environmental degradation, animal cruelty etc
- how our practice brings resilience, fuelled by wisdom and compassion
- how the sangha brings us together with similar concerns and the desire to act,
look aheading to Buddhist Action Month and beyond
