It’s a short introductory talk by one of our order members named Subhadramati prefacing a book she’s just published titled ‘Not About Being Good’
It’s a lovely, clear exposition of the Buddhist call to realise our true nature rather than press toward some stilted and false notion of an assumed self.
It’s a journey toward living a very full life grounded in wisdom and kindness
